Use Complete as the basis for solutions you’re distributing

The Vertical Market license is for developers who’d like to use SeedCode Complete as the basis for a new solution they’re packing and selling--what used to be called "shrink wrapped" software--as opposed to custom work or consulting.

This license can’t be used for FileMaker Templates, for very generic business solutions, or for solutions that might compete with SeedCode’s Products.
