Our templates and applications are sold with the intention that folks will get inside and modify them for their own use. We'd like to be able to help everyone modify our products and we're always up for a quick chat or email to answer questions, but we can't dive into your files, or work on extensive modifications to SeedCode products without charging for our time.
Fortunately we offer implementation packages that make it easy for you to purchase help when you need it. Packages are 20% off when purchased at the same time as another SeedCode product.
That said, we'd love to hear what you're doing with SeedCode products, so don't hesitate to get in touch. We can probably coach you through any issues you may be having and if you'd like us to work on your files we'll first get a good sense of what is required so we can give yo a firm price for any changes you might need us to make.
