Resource scheduling grid. This screen presents a single day's appointments with resources across the top and times down the side. (Only those appointments linked to a resource show here.) Click in any open space to create a new appointment for that resource / time.

Note that the screen is filtered to show "Banquet" resources. The "Prev." and "Next" buttons to the left and right of the Resource Names are dim because there are only 5 Banquet rooms at this resort. The times on the left side can be "scrolled" to show the rest of the day, and the "Scale" buttons at the bottom can be used to select an alternate view that shows an 11 hour day.

As with the "fancy" week view, this screen can tax slower systems. Setting the detail level to "low" at the bottom of the screen helps (it removes all text save the title of the appointment) but you should check this screen out in our demo to make sure it works for your setup.
