Daily View: Shift click on any date in the mini-calendars? to create a new appointment
Month View: Shift click on the Day Number to create an appointment for that date.
Batch Editing: While this isn’t a short cut per se, don’t forget that you can make changes multiple appointments at once using the “List” feature. Clicking the list icon (in the set of icons to the right of the About tab) from any screen brings up a found set of the items visible on that screen. This found set of appointments is a simple FileMaker list view: you can use FileMaker’s built in replace command to make changes to the entire found set, or search for your own found set of records to modify.
