Documentation. Built in help describes much of the under-the-hood action as well as offering step-by-step instructions for some common modifications. Note that you can find the same content online. You can also look to our support forums for answers to your questions and tips on modifications. |
Context Sensitive Help. The "?" button in the upper right corner of most screens brings the documentation forwards in a handy floating window. Entries pertaining to the current screen are foregrounded, though you can filter and review all the documentation here as well. |
Settings. The admin side of the software provides layouts for maintaining user defined lists of resources, users, appointment types and other settings. |
Navigation. The dynamic navigation engine makes it easy to manage the top level tabs (things like "contacts" and "calendar" system wide, without having to touch every layout when you add, delete or rename tabs. Best of all, the tabs don't require any special scripting or navigation in order to work: you can arrive at a layout however you wish (even in layout mode) and the navigation engine will draw the correct tabs so you always know where you are. This system also makes it easy to add new layouts to the calendar. |
