Daily View. Color codes appointments showing the name of the contact and the name of the project linked to the appointment; you can easily enter layout mode and add other fields from the related contacts and/or related projects. The calendar also offers a simple To-Do list where items roll forward until they are done: to-do items are linked to users and/or projects.

Appointment Types. Filter the calendar by type, creating as many types as you need. This is also the list we use for project status.

Appointment Details. The green arrows above let you jump right to the related contact or project-- or you can call the contact/project up in a mini window so you can edit them without loosing your place in the calendar.(And you can easily add additional contact or project fields to this layout.) Note the blank tab (you can create others if you need them) giving you space for additional appointment attributes like patient or diagnostic information, work order specs, notes, etc.

Repeating Events. Once repeating events are created, they are each discrete appointments in their own right so that you can change their status (type) or nudge them to different days. The repeating events engine also supports odd repeats like the"2nd Tuesday of the Month".

Month View. Little red dots (on the 15th in this example) let you know there are additional appointments to be seen on the daily view. The list and table icons at the very top of the screen (to the right of the FWD button) will being up the current month in a list so that you can perform batch replaces and exports on the month's appointments, letting you work with this as a traditional table or in a calendar view.

Printing the Month View. Our printed version of the month view slides to accommodate as much information as needed for each day (up to two pages per day). You can also print the month as a simple list view, using our list report as the basis for your own layouts that summarize appointments by User, Resource, etc.

"Fancy" week view: 30 minute increments. The scale at the bottom of the screen lets you change the scope of the calendar to zoom in and out on your day. This screen is using the "low detail" setting mentioned above.

Basic Week View. Unlike the "fancy" week views above, this one doesn't attempt to place the appointment on the right portion of each day. Rather, you'll see your appointments in a list for each day. Not only is this a good deal faster than the fancy views, but it can show appointments that may not have times associated with them, such as the "DevCon" item for the 13th above.
