Recent Activity. Note that tabs receive a small green dot in the upper right corner when they have content to reveal. In the recent activity tab below, "activity" could mean appointments, deadlines, or just notes about the contact. |

Additional Phone Numbers. From the previous sceen click "3 more" to record any number of phone numbers and email addresses per contact. (You'll find the same kind of thing for physical addresses.) |
System-Wide Quick Search. Since your search results appear in a new window, you don't have to disturb your current layout or your current found set until you find the records you're looking for. Then, clikcing on an individual result will take you to that record, while clicking on something like "3 Project(s)" will take you to that found set of three records. |
