Projects. While the project is linked to the other entities within the calendar-- to its activity and milestones, its invoices and its mailings-- we haven't included many attributes of the project itself. Thus you can add your own fields here to reflect the specifications of your projects, cases, job tickets or workorders.

Phases. A simple self-join within projects lets a project have any number of phases, each of which is a project its own right with its on activity, etc.

Gantt Charts. The best way to get a picture of what is going on with your projects. The "range" of the chart can be anything from 5 days to 5 years: the 100% button along the bottom edge of the screen will "snap" the chart to the duration of the milestones being displays. You can also use the zoom buttons to zoom in to a large project and, for example, print a month or so from within a multi-year project. Note that you can use the filters to show a single project or set them to show relevant items from all projects, giving you a great way to scan for issues across projects.

Dependencies. Link some or all of a phase's items together in a "dependency chain" so that changes to one date cascade through all the downstream items in the same chain. We present this interface as an option to use when changing dates. If you want your date changes to always cascade through other items you can modify the calendar to require this interface when changing dates.
