Letter Templates. fmSpark includes templates for letters, emails, and labels. You can select a template form the screen below or send the template's name as a script parameter when you call fmSpark from your own file.(new:letters)

Compose Letters.Calls from your file are accomplished with a single script you can import into your file. The script will send fmSpark a list of the contact's being mailed so that you can merge their data into your mailing.

Settings. You have complete control over the templates and can create as many as you want. Best of all, your users can create any number of templates, and modify them (on the fly) without going into layout mode. You can also add your own template categories and create new printing layouts in fmSpark to format everything the way you want it to look.

Email Templates. fmSpark can send plain text emails, rich html emails, or html emails with a plain text alternative.

Rich, HTML Templates. Templates can be as simple as labels with an address merged on to them, or as rich as multi-page html newsletters with multiple sections of copy and images. Duplicate the built-in templates as the basis for your own, or contact The Proof Group for information on building custom templates and html stationery for your mailings and newsletters.

Labels. fmSpark also make sending labels easy, allowing you to start anywhere on a label sheet and to include an image or logo on your label if need be.

Sample Contacts File. fmSpark comes with a sample contacts database that you can use to print or send a few test mailings. You'll import the "Create Letters" script from this file into your own contacts file to send fmSpark mailings to your contacts.

Merge fields from your file. fmSpark is easily linked to your file and scans your database for field names, automatically scanning your solution and building a menu of merge fields that can be used in your mailings.
