I have a care plan hierarchy that has five levels:

Patient
Care Plan Date
Problem
Goal
Intervention

I an currently filtering based upon patient. However, I would like to filter based upon Care Plan Date as well so that only problems, goals and interventions are displayed in the portal for the patient and care plan date to which they apply. Is this possible?
