$$Nav_BackInactive won't change from 1

I'm attempting to deploy back magic on a client database but for some reason $$Nav_BackInactive won't change from 1

I have this working in another system

Do you have a suggestion or where I might troubleshoot?

Wow. Sorry I missed this! Check to make sure the BM fields on your layout are from the same table occurrence as the one the layout is based on.

you have to have the variables in the custom functions in the same order as the example file
