To enable cookies on the Mac :
->Open Safari, then in the menu bar you'll need to click Safari > Preferences and then choose Privacy. Choose either "Always Allow" or "Allow From Websites I Visit" for the "Cookies and Website Data" selection.

To enable cookies on Windows:
->Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button and then clicking Internet Explorer.

->Click the Tools button, and then click Internet Options.

->Click the Privacy tab, and then, under Settings, move the slider to select either "Medium" or "Low".
