Good Morning,

I am using an older version of Seedcode Complete (from 2008).

When creating a new contact, I click on the Company field which brings up a small window that says "Select Company" at the top. I have about a 45 second delay before the window is active and allows me to select a company. Is this some kind of indexing issue? This has never been a problem and has always worked very quickly until I updated my FM Pro software to version 12.

Hi Shelly,

A lot changed in 12 but this doesn't ring any bells. Could the portal of companies be sorted and maybe the index for the sort field was turned off during conversion? (Can you tell I'm guessing?)
