Support in Spanish

Hi, I am based in Mexico. I have someone helping with a FM CRM development who doesn't speak English, and is actually also not an expert in FM. I decided to purchase Zulu to sync events with our calendars, but he seems to be having problems to get it up and running. We followed all the steps, and after everything we get a 404 error messsage.
Is there anyone who can give support in Spanish?
