Hello Seedcoders,
I (think I) would like to construct a script for properly closing the file. Not because the Calendar as such would desperately need that, but because of the stuff I constructed in and around. Reset user session related globals to empty, or whatever.
Has something like this come up before (I did not find in the Forum), and are there any suggestions as to how to best do this, from the Calendar point of view ...
I know this is a pretty vague question, but any tips would be appreciated.
Amicalement,
Jan

Hi Jan,
Close scripts are very common in solutions and generally do the types of things you are talking about. I would suggest running the script from the last window close script trigger located under file options (in the file menu). What the script does of course is up to you and your scenario but I would suggest speed testing to make sure it doesn't take too long to complete as it may annoy your users if they have to wait for the file to close.

Hope that helps,

Tanner
