Calendar won't load - recently installed & uninstalled FM15

I have a deployment of 5 users that has been running successfully for some time.

Recently we upgraded to FM15 (server & all users). For one of the users FM15 is eaons slower to load & function that FM14 was.

FM14 was not uninstalled, so I instructed the user to simply use 14 rather than 15. The calendar does not load - which I figured is because of the javascript callbacks. Therefore I instructed the user to uninstall 15 ... calendar still will not load.

This was not the case prior to installing FM15.

Any ideas? I need to get this user back up & running.

Hi Colleen,
Most likely the FMP url protocol is not registered properly to FileMaker 14 in that system. I think you will probably need to uninstall FileMaker 14, make sure to restart the computer after the uninstall. Then reinstall FileMaker 14. That should register the url protocol necessary for Javascript to run FileMaker scripts and you should be back up and running.

Please let us know if that doesn't resolve the issue.
