Height of events in Pivot List

Hi all,

Just wondering if there is a way to have the height of the events in the Pivot List automatically grow to fit the row height. I have a solution I am about to deploy primarily in iPad, and I am concerned that the height may make select difficult.

I have attached a couple of screen shots to show this, the second shows the view with 30 resources, the events fit nicely, but if I then go to just 15 resources it would be good if the height could 'grow'

Thanks
Tim

Hey Tim,

Nice to see those icons there =)

I see what you're suggesting here and I agree; that would make selection easier on mobile. I use this view on my iPhone and have to be a little careful selecting items that span more than one day if they don't wrap.

Unfortunately this isn't something you can address in CSS or in a work-around so I'll take this in as a feature request and see if we can come up with a logical way to change the height as you suggest. I'm not sure when we'll be able to do that. Thanks very much for bringing this up!

By the way, if you want to get rid of the pipe characters in your even display (like the one after the caution icon in your screenshot), you can change the separator character by editing the variable $$sc_ReturnSubstitute in the script "Load Calendar Settings - On Startup...".

Best,

John

Thanks John,

I tried it without the pipe, but like the separation it gives!

Keep up the great work!

Cheers

Tim

Ok, but may help someone else with same issue if it can be moved to the correct forum....
