I know that I can go into each template and modify/save them, but I was just wondering if there is a quicker way to adjust the To: name from <<Contacts::Email Address with Name>> to the proper field value for my contacts.

no worries, we're just going to adjust the templates.

still is an issue, and i guess we'd like to default the value in any newly created template if at all possible.
