Do you have to create the alarms in ical or can you do this in zulu?
If not in zulu, what happens if your ical is set to default with an alarm, would this then create that alarm on every zulu entry. I am really preferring a script or filter step so the user can select an alert or no alert check box when using FP or FPGO.

If you have iCal set to create alarms by default, here is how things work...

- If the event is created in FileMaker and you don't specify any alarm settings (Zulu supports creating alarm values in FileMaker) then the event will have NO alarm in iCal.

- If the event is created in iCal it will have an alarm and those alarm values will be passed into the newly created FileMaker record.

You can of course use scripts or auto-enter calcs to alter this behavior.

Hope that helps,
