Getting a weird error

Calendar Publishing Error

com.prosc.fmpjdbc.FileMakerException: 105: "Layout is missing" - Make sure that the table name you have requested in the SQL query is the name of a layout in the current database. (JDBC URL: jdbc:fmp360://localhost/TSdata / SQL statement: SELECT zulu_uuid, zulu_displayName, zulu_color FROM ZuluCalendarList / params: [] )

This is the URL

http://192.168.137.200:8040/zulu/publis ... 68.137.200

The layout name is correct - spelling and case - and is based on a ZuluEvents table.

Going to http://192.168.137.200:8040/zulu gives me the expected info.

Any ideas anyone/John?

Ok, 2 days later and it is now working!

No changes, no restarts.

Slightly confused but happy!

That is the astounding power of our remote support. (kidding) Glad it resolved.

I'm impressed John! This was with demo version - will be getting full version for client imminently.

If I find out what it was I'll post it here in case anyone else finds the same issue.

Quick additional question - what is the issue with ToDos? I note that these are not supported, and also no sign of them on the road map.

Thanks Tim. Yes, we don't plan to address todos: while they make a lot of sense in iCal, they usually are just events of a different "type" in FileMaker so most folks deploy them as a separate calendar (rather than as to-dos per se). We can do custom builds of Zulu that map to todos if you *really* need them.

I hope that helps,

John

Thanks John,

Wouldn't be such an issue if didn't get an error thrown up when creating a ToDo in iCal.
I currently create ToDos in 'normal' calendars with an applescript.

The request for “ddddâ€

I'd create the to-do in a different iCal calendar (a local one), fwiw. Email me offline and we can talk about a custom build (john at seedcode.com)

Thanks,

John
