Hello

i don't find an answer for this question in th documentation :
want to sync multiple Google accounts with my data base (i find it wasn't possible to sync multiple database - that's what i wanted but that's not really a problem) but want to chosse which calendars we'll be sync with which Google Account ..

On my first Google Account, i've sync my calendars, but i'll integrate new calendars in my database and :
- don't want to sync them with my first Google Account
- want to sync only them in a second Google Account

Thanks
(i hope my question is understandable... cause of my poorly English speaking :? )

Hi,

Thanks for the post. Right, you can only pair with one database for the Google Sync, but you can add Table Occurrence references from other files to get around this.

Zulu does respect FileMaker's access privileges, so you can limit who sees which calendar that way. We have some documentation on this here:

http://www.seedcode.com/pmwiki/pmwiki.p ... Privileges

Another option, which I prefer, is to create a Google Admin account that has access to all the Zulu calendars and then share them out from there using Google's sharing ability. The advantage here is that you only need to maintain one pairing on the sync page and pass some of the heavy lifting to Google. This is also the only way to set-up Read-Only calendars for Google users.

Please let me know if that helps,
Jason
