Web Publishing Engine Crashes

Hi Jason

We have a client with a 2 machine FMS deployment. For over a week the WPE has been crashing intermittently. Our setup is outlined in one of the documents I will send you.

Our client is a school, whose teachers access the attendance database via IWP at 2 times during the day. It is during these heavier load instances that WPE crashes - but intermittently. Tuesday PM, Wednesday AM & PM, and Thursday AM there was no problem. Then Thursday PM again it crashed. When it crashes, the virtual machine on which WPE is running continues to run - just the WPE stops.

I will also send you recent catalina.log files and other information via email.

In an effort to provide stability for the staff attendance marking I have uninstalled Zulu and rebooted the WPE machine. However in the longer term we need Zulu so that we can provide calendar subscriptions for staff.

Would appreciate any assistance you can provide us. Thanks again for your great service.

Kind regards

Chris Cullen

This issue has now been resolved and was unrelated to Zulu. Thanks Jason for your assistance.
