Trouble Zynching after integration

Before integrating, I tested using the sample database, no problems. Gave me great confidence.

Followed the integration to the letter. I already us UUID as Primary ID so selected my field _UUID as Primary on both Mobile and Hosted.

Still testing on the Mac. Have been trying for two days to get it to upload three modified records. Keeps coming back with:

1/20/2013 4:22:50 PM - Started
-------------------------
Split Total
0:00:00 - 0:00:00 - Public API Started: SelectedProductZync
0:00:00 - 0:00:00 - Connecting to server...
0:00:01 - 0:00:01 - Getting settings from Host...
0:00:00 - 0:00:01 - Running default action for SelectedProductZync : Round Trip
0:00:00 - 0:00:01 - Assembling the package: SelectedProductZync
0:00:00 - 0:00:01 - No changed records found: SelectedProductZync
0:00:00 - 0:00:01 - Processing this device's Inbox on the Host
0:00:00 - 0:00:01 - Asking the host for changed records: pulling down.
0:00:01 - 0:00:02 - Retrieving the Outbox from Host
0:00:00 - 0:00:02 - Processing 1 of 1 packages recd. (0 records)
0:00:00 - 0:00:02 - Looking for records to delete
0:00:00 - 0:00:02 - Record deletion completed
0:00:00 - 0:00:02 - Processing completed
0:00:00 - 0:00:02 - Closing GoZyncMobile

Losing confidence rapidly!

Cheers....Bob

Hi Bob,

Thanks for the log.

That looks like the log from a successful sync where there were not changed records found on either the hosted or the mobile side. If you haven't tried this yet click "reset" in the lower left corner of GoZyncMobile (this clears the last sync time) and then edit one or more records on the SelectedProductZync layout on the mobile side before trying to sync again. You should see the changed record(s) appear in your hosted file and as processed records in GoZyncHosted's inbox.

You can use the field gz_Send in mobile to see if, after editing a record, GoZync thinks it needs to be sent up.

Let me know what you see.

Hi John,

I resolved the "problem" be rebuilding the integration from scratch. Now works a treat

Thanks
