Hello,

there are the same records in the hosted and mobile file. Some fields in the hosted records where modified, so they have to be pulled down by the mobile device. This worked a few times without any problems. But now, the mobile file doesn´t find any records to pull.

I´ve checked the ModTimeStamp, it is newer on the hosted side.

What are the criteria for the mobile file to pull down changed records?

Hi Torsten,

Try clicking the "Reset" button in GoZyncMobile. If that doesn't fix the problem, send me your files and I'll help you figure it out.

Which files do you need? GZM and GZH?

I would send you the files via Link to Google Drive, is that ok?
