Restrict access to "apps"

We will have a large number of users and a relatively large number of filemaker go apps that we are zyncing. However, each user will likely have only 2 or 3 apps that will be of interest to them. Is there anyway to restrict what a user sees within GoZyncHosted and GoZyncMobile. I have users in 3 regions, and it would be nice if users only saw the "apps" for their region.

Hi Randy. I can think of a couple of ways you could do this. You could create a field in the "MobileFiles" table in GoZyncMobile and populate it with the list of user accounts that you want to have access to it, then apply a portal filter on the "Mobile Apps" portal based on that field matching Get(AccountName). Or you could prepare a customized copy of GoZyncMobile for each user. I hope that helps! -Jeff
