Hi!

I recently started to have this problem when zync-in'

Code: Select all
---------------------------------------------------------
00:00:00 - 00:00:32 - STARTING PROJECT PULL

00:00:00 - 00:00:32 - Starting Pull
00:00:00 - 00:00:32 - Starting to Pull "gzh_PROJECT"
00:00:00 - 00:00:32 - Last Time Zync: "27/09/2013 18:06:35"
00:00:00 - 00:00:32 - FLM is OFF
00:00:00 - 00:00:32 - Starting TO Filter - "gzh_PROJECT"
00:00:00 - 00:00:32 - Found 175 Records in the filter
00:00:00 - 00:00:32 - Looking for record to Delete
00:00:00 - 00:00:32 - no records to delete in "gzm_PROJECT"
00:00:00 - 00:00:32 - Deletion Complete
00:00:00 - 00:00:32 - Constraining filter records by last time zync
00:00:00 - 00:00:32 - Found 153 records that have changed since last zync
00:00:00 - 00:00:32 - Starting sync on 153 records.
00:00:04 - 00:00:36 - Sync halted at record # 102 due to error. Incomplete changes were rolled back.
00:00:00 - 00:00:36 - Done Pulling "gzh_PROJECT"

00:00:00 - 00:00:36 - Pull Complete

00:00:00 - 00:00:36 - ENDING PROJECT PULL
---------------------------------------------------------

What's weird; when this happened before, I would just open that record and change a few fields and set them back to what they were, and that would fix it. 8)

However, now this record will not zync. I have found no differences or inconsistencies between this record and other zync-able records. I would love to know what the actual error is (eh?, eh?)

Is there a way to skip records with errors? Or even better, is there a way to debug this with out having to follow the whole zync process? (this is the 43rd table)

Besides calling my client and telling them to delete the record to see if that works, I'm out of ideas.

Ta!

Thanks chaps :)

I can almost guarantee you that this is due to a record failing a field validation that you have set up in your mobile file. GoZync doesn't override your field validations, so any records the sync process attempts to create in either file need to satisfy them.

Here's more info about using field validations with GoZync:

You should have guaranteed it Jeff, because you are correct!

I thought I had checked that, obviously I missed it. Thanks for the quick response.

PS: Noticed good improvements on 4.053, thanks!
