We added a few filters beyond status and resources to chunk the events into manageable groups- Branch, task type, CostCode using the Add Filter documentation. If we select Branch 630, Task Type Proposal, CostCode 05 the calendar pulls in some events that have branch code 640. It seems that the search is not a strict filter. Is there a way to code the fetch so that it acts as a single find event with all of the filters applied at once?

Thanks

Hi Martin,

Thanks so much for reaching out about your filters. I followed up with you by email, but wanted to post here as well in case it might help someone else also.

The filters are strict. DayBack applies each filter individually, but each filter constrains the found set of events. In your "Load Calendar Settings - On Startup..." script, double check that your $$sc_FilterField[] Set Variable steps set the repetitions in order (without gaps) and have non-empty entries. To accommodate any number of additional filters, DayBack later loops through these repetitions until it reaches an empty repetition. So, for example, if $$sc_FilterField[4] is empty or not set, then any filters defined in $$sc_FilterField[5], $$sc_FilterField[6], and so on, will not be applied.

I hope that helps! Please keep us posted if you have other questions on this.

All the best,
