Is there a way to hide or lock the "New Status" button? I don't want users making their own status entries.

Hi Jim

That button is only shown to "admins", so the easiest way to hide it is to set the variable $$sc_ShowAdminSettings to false for those users who shouldn't see it / shouldn't be considered admins. This is done at about line 65 in the script "Load Calendar Settings - On Startup --- Edit Configuration Here ---"

(After changing anything in this script, run the "Upon Opening" script to see your changes take effect.)

Hope that's good news,

John

That makes sense and is indeed good news. I've been testing for so long under Full Access that I didn't notice when I was in under a lesser account. Thanks John! (PS: you're up early!)

That's great to hear, Jim.

And yes, John is a bit of an early bird!

Regards,

KC
