When using a 3rd party Hosting service for SeedCodeComplete, would I upload all four files, SeedCodeComplete, SeedCodeDate,SeedCodeData and SeeCodeMedia.

Also, I though a saw a place in SeedCodeComplete to enter a Zulu license but have not been able to locate that again.

The four files that make up SeedCode Complete are:
SeedCodeComplete
SeedCodeData
SeedCodeLicense
SeedCodeMedia

You would want to host all four of those files on the server. Zulu is a separate product that you can integrate with SeedCode Complete. Here's more info about purchasing a Zulu license:
