Our script "Record Logged in Staff" records the logged in user's Account Name and "shortname" in global fields upon startup. You can use this shortname to create behaviors specific to the logged in user as we do with [[pinned contacts]]

There is no separate "Staff" table in SeedCode Complete, though you may wish to add one. If you do, you'll base the Staff and Staff Full Name value lists on fields in your new table.

What we do is record staff as
contacts in their own right in the Contacts table, usually using one of the "tag" options to mark them as such. This way you can record multiple addresses, phone numbers, etc. as well as have them participate in all the other things you can do with "real" contacts: even invoice them. Of course if you only have a few staffers you may not need to enter them into Contacts at all.

We then maintain two separate value lists of
staff: "Staff" and "Staff Full Name".

the value lists Staff and Staff Full Name?

"Staff" is used as a key linking staff hours to
projects (if you're using time tracking) and linking staff to events more generally. Note that you may choose to record your staff in [[resources]] instead of or in addition to recording them in the "staff" value list.

"Staff Full Name" is for when a staffer's name needs to appear somewhere customer facing: on something you print for example
