How to use a company address for a contact

Hi,
I am sure this has been asked, and I have looked but cannot find the answer I am looking for.
How do you get the company address to show on the contact record? This goes for the screen as well as printing letters (which I have not tried yet), but when using the "preview" mail to: button and the contact address is blank, I get nothing displyed. I need the company address to show on the screen for a contact and I need to use the company address if the contact address is blank when printing letters.
Any help appreciated.

Hi,

To the right of the "mail to" label you'll see a rectangular field. This field is used to indicate which address should be used for the contact. You can select "company" in this field and if the contact is linked to a company you'll see that company's address here, in the "preview" and when printing letters. You can also select one of the contact's addresses, perhaps the one labeled "primary".
