Hi,
I've used the Clear & Cancel button to break the link between child and parent. The keys are cleared in the configuration grid, but the TO name is still indented and gray. If I try to zync the TO Gozync says it's not a zyncable Table Occurrence.

I have the requisite Layouts, and when I run " --> Then Run This...Test "Setup Go To Related Records (TOName)" Script" it verifies the the hosted and mobile version of the TO.

Any suggestions?
Thanks,
-jb

To answer my own question, you have to break the link on both Hosted and Mobile, and it works fine.
Doh!

Hi Jonathan. Can you post a screen shot showing this problem? And/or you can send me your files and I'd be happy to help you figure out what's going on. -Jeff

And one other thing to add, the Zync this TO was STILL failing because you use ExecuteSQL to check the TO I was not passing the TO name in with exact case. You probably have that in your documentation somewhere, but figured I'd include that for completeness. As soon as I matched case exactly it worked.

That's correct. TO names are case-sensitive because of the SQL.
